Villagers not recognizing beds, bells, workstations, or breeding

Newly spawned villagers in newly generated villages not attaching to any workstations, beds, bells, or breeding. No particles when damaged by the player either. On realms with a new world (generated yesterday). Other players have had no problems. Relogging and breaking and replacing the blocks didn't solve issue.
