Nether portal doesn't work

After traveling 160 blocks (blue ice) in Nether on a boat, I became unable to use the nether portal. 2nd player can use but the main player (me) cannot.

Too fast traveling caused this trouble? Is there any measure to recover this?

I tried reloading the world, restarting the game, and remaking the portal but nothing changed.

I am playing on Nintendo Switch so there is no backup.

Do I have to travel the long distance in over world? Please help!
