Curse of Vanishing occasionally shows up on Realms

I have been playing a lot on Bedrock Edition Realms lately, and sometimes when me or my friends try to enchant stuff or fish, we get Curse of Vanishing... I am unsure if it could be a bugged pack that is enabled on the Realm causing this, but it is confusing.
