3 of my worlds randomly got deleted

3 of my worlds that I worked very hard on randomly got deleted even though I always save and quit and I tried syncing old worlds and deleting worlds i don't need to free memory space but nothing has worked and I wanted to know if there was any way to get back the worlds.
