When I am playing a local game on minecraft pocket edition I can only use one item slot.

*What I expected to happen was to use stone block, which is in the second item slot and I went to go place it down and I placed a grass block which was in the first item slot.

What should have happened is that I had placed down a stone block
*What actually happened was I placed a grass block instead.
Describe what happened here a grass block was placed instead of a stone block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ..put your selected block in the second slot
2. ...place the block on the ground
3. ...then the item that's in the first slot get placed instead.
