Farmer villagers bounce at gardens edge.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.15.0.55 on a Windows 10 Pro PC V. 1909 Build 18363.657
2. Create world seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world must be created on Beta v1.15.0.55 and affects v1.16.0.51 Beta.
3. Find a village with farmer villager at a garden which is framed by wood blocks and has a composter. 
Observed Results:  Farmer villager bounces in front of composter. It appears the villager cannot jump one block, see attached video.

Expected Results: farmer villager could jump one block to reach the composter.

Workaround: place stairs under the bouncing farmer.
