Game still crashes after update 1.14.41 on PS4 when exiting world.

As title says, on v1.14.41 (TU2.05)… on PlayStation 4 Original using 7.04 OS update, Minecraft Bedrock crashes, even on new world generation, when save and exit game. PS4 collects screenshot/video and I send bug report, so I guess Sony has the records for you. Update 1.14.41 stated this issue was fixed, however I am experiencing this crash more than I did in 1.14.30.
