Cant sign into minecraft on the Xbox one

I have been having this problem on my Xbox one for a month now, I can play on my phone and sign in there (Pocket edition) but I cant sign into minecraft on my Xbox to play on worlds there, that I can not other wise access without signing into my Xbox.
I have in fact reported this bug to Dev team that fixes account outages in general a few times last month but nothing has changed or been fixed so i assume this is something for you to fix Mojang.

sorry that I made this so long but i have more to tell

-I sign into a different account and minecraft will load
-there is never an option shown to me to get this fixed
-and the game always says "failed to load user data"
-my gamer tag is Theblueforce926 if more information is needed

please bring back gravity block stacking as well the community will be grateful
