Screen glitches like crazy and makes it hard to play

When playing, both alone and on multiplayer (both servers and LAN games), my hand and just screen in general often starts to glitch. It makes it extremely difficult to move or even play because I’ll try to look one way and it will glitch me back to where I was looking before it glitched.
