Horses despawn after game crash

For some reason, I crash randomly throughout the game. I am sometimes riding my horse, and the horse disappears when I come back into the world right after! I am really frustrated as I have already gotten through 3 horses. Once this happens, the horse and the stuff in it is all gone. I know this is not my device or internet's problem, since I have a powerful device and a good internet.
