Bee nests are empty when generated when trees grow

As the title says all newly generated bee nests are empty(tried breaking them to check if they empty or bees simply never leave they nests, but no they were empty), additionally(dont know if this is related to this bug or a new bug altogether) when in nether the bees never leave they bee nests even if theres flowers around. the only way to obtain bees is to travel to unseen terrain that has bee nests on world generation and than take that nest back to base/home those bugs are since beta ver 53
