Set Marketplace button will not show animation

When you open Minecraft then you see the marketplace button and on the Xbox One it does not show the animation it is supposed to show and it takes a long time to load or sometimes it never loads how you do this is open the game then open the marketplace then it should say Sharon it's too bad you need to check your connection
