in minecraft pocket edition i can not get on the app without internet and when i try to write a review the app store says i dont have the game on my phone.

In minecraft pocket edition I am unable to play with out internet. what is happening is i tap on the app for about five to ten seconds i am on the starting screen and then after that time it exits me out and on to the home screen. i thought there was something wrong with my phone so I restarted my phone. When I got back on it still happened. so I tried getting on another app, it worked just fine so i deleted the game then reinstalled it again, but it still did not work. so i tried to write a discription on the app store but it said i did not own the game.
