Vindicator kills when loading world

When I loaded up a saved world, it glitches where all you see is the night sky, spinning around really quickly. Then it says I was killed by a Vindicator. I was on a plains biome, nothing but trees around me. There is no Raid going on, no Pillage Patrols have spawned, but yet I was killed by a Vindicator. In fact, there wasn't even a glitched Vindicator there. It just said I was killed by one when there wasn't one there.
