Impossibile connettersi al mondo

Hello! I'm a Minecraft Ps4 player and i have bought Minecraft 3 years ago on disk. I played for years online with my friends, but with the Bedrock Edition i cant join my friends worlds and they cant join mine. My Friends bought Minecraft in digital version and they can play together. I asked help for months and no one knowed how ti fix it. Please help me, i will put a link of a video that show this bug! Please Fix
