Crashing my Xbox 1 X

I can’t play the game for more then 10 minutes without it shutting off my Xbox. It completely shuts down to where I have to power it back on. I’ve tried uninstalling/installing a bunch of times with no luck. I’ve tried all the “fixes” that have been reported online. Sometimes I can’t even get past the main screen without it crashing my Xbox. I used to have a realm but canceled it due to the crashes. Please help.
