Loading and Multiplayer Skin Bugs

Hello, my IGN on bedrock is "Pondless55" and I would like to report a bug that I just recently found when logging on to hive and many other servers also friend worlds, it's a bug which is actually annyoing and that is the "Multiplayer Skin Bug" this bug is when a player changes your skin, then your skin also changes to the skin that that player has chosen and it really confused me when I started playing Minecraft 1.14.30 Hotflix Update so yea... please fix this bug .

Another Bug is the "Loading Bug" this is when you load a server, friend's world or your own world and what happenes is when you load, you simply... crash or sometimes freeze when you load so also fix this bug .
