Nintendo Switch Minecraft chat issue...

Occasionally when i type something in minecraft chat my sentence will disappear...This has nothing to do with child setting I'm pretty sure... Sometimes I might have to type several times or even wait until to type in chat... It's kinda back & fourth occasionally it will work fine and the next it doesn't.. I dont know more what I can tell u.. Im not sure if I can post video here to show u.. I need help this frustrating I don't know what more I can say..
