Composter dosent auto empty itself when full

Unless this was intended i must empty the composter manually with interaction button (LT xbox one), using chute to empty it dosent work and it remains full (filled up with chute) untill emptied manually. there is no special prompt when i aim at the composter like "LT empty" so i really dont know if this was intended or not
