Grass overlay does not match grass color

Dear Developers

I am a pack porter, editor and a PVP player, i have noticed this

issue for a verry long time, and if you have the power or time to fix this, It would be a great help!, its because when i play java edition, on Lunar Client or Ordinary MC java, whenever i use any texture packs, it matches the grass color. so in Bedrock, PE,

Win10 has this issue, please fix it, this would help alot for us.
