Screen Frozen

My surgical problem a couple of months ago I was playing with friends on a multiplayer server suddenly the game closes I re-open the game, I entered the server and suddenly the players no longer moved, they had allowed themselves to be frozen, it wasn't because of the lag because I entered other servers and the same thing happened Today I entered the game to have if it had already been solved but I do not even load the start menu I just get this screen Below I leave a capture please help me
