Fishing Rod Casts Twice

Fishing Rod visually casts twice, presumably due to lag, trying to reel it in requires two clicks instead of one.  Water particles occur twice as well.  I didn't get a video the first or second time it happened, but managed to pull this video on the third try.  This has only occurred on one of my friends realm, and I have been unable to recreate the issue while playing on mobile or Xbox One.  This is happening only when my network is under strain greatly limiting it's download speed.
