MINECRAFT SKINS

Everytime one of my minecraft friends join my world, it glitches and changes our skin to their skin! and their skin, to mine! its gotten annoying! if you could fix this bug, it would make my day! I have a youtube series to make on minecraft and i dont want this effecting the recording!
