FOV rapidly shaking randomly

Any possible FOV in mobile will act up at random times, for example the players view violently shaking before the FOV changes. Sometimes not even letting you look that direction. Mostly effected while in boats, and minecarts. This has been going on for years, and in a lot of the early updates in mcpe. This would be great to be fixed, and would end years of suffering.
