Paid for Natural package doesn't work

I paid for the pack and it worked for about 2 weeks and crashed.

It will not boot any game with Natural pack selected.

I have had the game report the crash many times it has been almost two months and I still can not use a pack I paid to be able to use.

It turns the who screen purple before going to the blue error screen.
