water rendering bug is from the ocean

since the water update arrived and the water textures have changed, this bug happens!
not to mention that I tested on pores better than mine, the result was the same, a great rendering, besides being a terror for those who make textures, it leaves a horrible gameplay

not even that solved the problem, so I concluded that the problem is within the game's codes, just like it happened with the sea grass before 1.12, thanks and sorry for the huge text
