Xbox live not loading while on WiFi

My Xbox live account will not load if I open the app while connected to WiFi. If I open it while on cellular data it loads in just fine. I can then join my worlds and turn WiFi back on and it still works. If I save and quit while on WiFi I have to swipe out and start the process all over. I have attached screen shots of the menu while on wifi and on cellular data.
