not getting achievements

i am on 1.14.3002.0 of minecraft for windows 10 bedrock an i hev uninstalled an reinstalled the game but i am still not gettting them the last one i got was back in 2019 i was play on creative put made a new map it do achievements i do have some of them but now i can get an of them i have made 2 new accounts to try an see if it was the account it was not can this plz be looked in too
