Game Chat, cant always be seen

while playing on a Realm with others, sometimes you cant see what others are saying and sometimes you can. Initially I though it might be an issue from being on the same network because my second account wouldnt catch all the messages. however when others from across the country joined they too would only see some of the messages in game. I have on screen shot from my computer and from my second computer at the same time to show the discrepancy. Also none of the accounts have chat muted.
