Friends unable to join my worlds, but I can join theirs

Every time a friend tries to join my Minecraft Bedrock 1.14.30 edition it says unable to connect to game/server. They were unable to join my realm, and all of my settings for joining games, were open to anyone, cross platform, and all positive types. I can join their worlds/realms/etc. If there is anything Mojang can do to make it so they can join me on my worlds/realms/etc. that would be much appreciated. I know it is not just me that is having this problem as well.
