Can't log in to x box live account

My minecraft lacked classical minecraft tunes and music. I thought that minecraft had no music. One day, I stumbled upon a certain classical minecraft music pack. I soon learned that I needed that pack for my game so any sort of music could play. So I wanted that pack. All that was needed was a simple sign in with your account, I did so. But, I never got access to that pack and now I have a jukebox that plays nothing even though I have the discs needed for the music. Please fix this.
