Mini miner not working

Last night, I paid for the mini miner 745 coins in the Lifeboat's network server. The mini miner does not follow me onto my skyblock island rendering it useless. It was a complete waste of five dollars. Unless there is a way to figure out why it will not work, I would like a full refund.
