Player stuck in x and z position

I just changed the time into day then suddenly I can't move. I can fly up and down but can't move in w, a, s, d. This bug doesn't end easily too. I leave the game and come in again repeatedly but I still can't move. This bug occurs when using commands to change the time or weather.
