My world was changed and I lost everything

I died far from my respawn location so I back out of the game so I wouldn’t lose my items and when I loaded back in I had 1 piece of cobblestone and 66 levels and far from my home coordinates but when I got there it was a different biome and the whole world was different can you help me retrieve my world back
