Game crashes constantly

I've been having this issue since version 1.12, the crashes at the moment seem to be random and when the game crashes if I happen to be riding a horse or any rideable mob or a boat these disappear when I log back in.
My specs are:
Intel Core i3 3240 3.4GHZ
Nvidia GT 640 2GB
8GB of RAM
