Can't see in water when in the end. Not even with night vision/conduit.

When in water in the end you can not see further than 5 blocks. Not even with night vision potions or a conduit. Tried to adjust settings but did not help.

 

Trying to recreate "endlantis" project from Ph1lza. But is does not seem to work the same in bedrock.
