I’m connected to WiFi but, I can’t play multiplayer.

I’m connected to WiFi but, I still can’t join other worlds nor can anyone join me. It says “unable to connect” I used open LAN and tried to join my sister’s world. I tried logging out and logging back in and it says “unable to connect”. I tried using a different WiFi but it’s still says “unable to connect”. I tried deleting the app and re- downloading it and it still says “unable to connect”. I tried joining other people and they tried joining me yet it still says unable to connect. I’m annoyed that I lost all my worlds and yet I still can’t join others. Yes, me & the other people I’ve tried to join has the same version (1.14.30)
