1.14.30 Pocket Edition won’t load

Pocket Edition Version 1.14.30. I can’t get past the first loading screen. It gets to about 3/4 of the way and won’t load any further. I’ve tried turning off my IPad, restarting the app, and haven’t had any luck. Also tried using a mobile hotspot instead of WiFi and it didn’t make a difference
