Not Loading Game, Crashing at certain points

ever since this update i can barely play this game on my PC, it worked for a bit but if i go to a new map section it shall crash, on other peoples game i stop once i pass an invisible line but my computer everything stops moving (AI wise, such as villagers and enemies) but i can see underground if i keep going(beyond the active blocks boundary). I have the game on my Xbox and there's no issues but i lasted logged out in the wrong spot so if I sign in under my computer then the game shall say its loading, on their screen I shall be stationary and in the world (my brother is right beside me playing on the Xbox so I can confirm that I am there virtually but the game does not load on my end). This is extremely frustrating since the version prior i had no issues and i bought the game on here to play with him and my friends, not even 2 weeks later i have this issue so only one of us can be on at a time. please help and fix this.
