Bamboo misaligned in frame

Hello,

 

I am now trying a new texture pack, and while I was framing the items to see them upclose, the bamboo seems to glitch out of the small area inside the frame. It only happens if I have the texture pack enabled. The texture pack is 32x32. What could be causing this issue? I din't see this happening in any other item so far.
