Bees getting stuck in doors

My bees get stuck in the door of my bee powered farm and never get out of that spot. Making them a Hazzard for my security and the other bees (if I accidentally hit one I get chased by the ENTIRE Bee Farm).I tried making the entrance ceiling higher and the issue continued.

Please resolve this issue
