After joining a server or world for 3 times, it takes about 5 minutes and still doesnt load

My mcpe will load a custom server or world just fine 3 times, but on the 4th time it wont load and never will only if i unistall it then reinstall it. One time i waited 34 minutes 56 seconds and it still didnt load. PLEASE HELP!!
