Impossible to write special characters on signs and commands blocks

Actually, it is not possible to put special characters on sign and command block. Impossible to put : é, è, à, @, &, # ... We also can not write the special character for color ! This bug need a quickly fix.

When we try to put special characters on a command block, all the commands disappear, it's really handicapping especially for long commands.
