Custom skins not visible in multiplayer LAN worlds

When a third-party custom skin is equiped to the player, it is not visible in LAN multiplayer.

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Upload a custom third-party skin and attach it to the player.

2. Join a LAN world while signed in through Xbox live and go into a third person view.
