A Bug On MCPE( Minecraft Pocket Edition. )

Hello Mojang, there is an error in version 1.14.30 that, all the characters

for me they stand still, but, technically they are moving. This bug has been happening since Beta, I have been complaining about this bug, so I decided to change the version. Therefore, Minecraft updated and being this version with the error. I would like you to take action and take care of this error and remove it, please. Appreciate.
