Repeat command block cannot be accessed

Entering 1.15.0.51, chain command block(someone reported on 1.14 beta) and repeat command block is work but cannot be accessed to edit commands.I mean the repeat command block and chain command block cannot be able to type the command while impulse command block can be type to enter the UI.
