IDK how to get into servers.

So, when i go to "servers", idk what to do because it says that i need a microsoft acount and a nintendo account. IDK how to get to the place where i can put in all the stuff showing a microsoft account. I also don't know just how to do that type of stuff. Cus i need help getting to where i can put in a microsoft and nintendo account. PLZ HELP ME. I know that this bug thing is for bugs in the game, but i just need some guidence.
