Wither skulls never despawn, causing lag

When the wither boss shoots it's bombs into the air and don't hit anything they just leave the loaded area and then get cought in the none loaded Chuncks forever. I was flying around and found around 30 wither boss bombs just flying forever. You can just follow them and they never despawn.
