Fishing rod is only used once when holding the interact button

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a fishing rod;
2. Press and hold the use button.

Expected Results:
The fishing rod keeps being cast and uncast until the player stops pressing the button.

Observed Results:
The fishing rod is only used once.
