Honey blocks can't be crafted in the 2x2 crafting grid from multiple stacks of honey bottles

Summary:
Honey blocks can no longer be crafted in the 2x2 inventory crafting grid. When placing the honey bottles in the grid, the honey block appears in the output slot, but the honey block won't craft when clicking it. It works fine in the crafting table.
